1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs
At PureForm Global Inc., we take great care in handling each order.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships.

Peak Periods (Holidays, Special Events):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-demand seasons.

Shipping Fee:
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times
Since our products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.

United States 10 – 15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days after shipment.

  • If tracking information doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry — your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international deliveries, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • PureForm Global Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

  • While customs fees are rare for small household items, regulations vary by country.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We prioritize fast processing to get your order to you quickly. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@magnivora.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After processing begins, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will promptly send a free replacement.

Lost Shipments:
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost.
